What cartridge assembly does the R10000 - UNWS-R rough in body use?

I have this valve in newly installed shower. Pressure and flow volume from shower is unacceptably low. How can you tell if the stops are in the fully open position? How long should stem extend out from nut (mine extend out about 15/32")?

Hi, Thank you for your question. The highest flow rate for model R10000-UN will be 7.1gpm at 80PSI.. The stops on the R10000-UNWS are for turning the water off at the shower versus turning the water off to the entire house. Please contact us at 1-800-345-3358 if you have any further concerns. Wholesaler Here, My Plumber roughed this valve in to shallow and when the stops are open all the way the screws hit the trim plate. Is there a fix for this?? (plugs for the stop holes and remove the plugs all together??)

Will this work for shower head and hand held only?
