How to get free replacement, my is dripping
Hello,
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you are experiencing with a drip. We are happy to help!
If the shower drips when off for more than a minute or two, it may be caused by debris or sediment trapped in the valve. I recommend flushing the valve by removing the showerhead and running water for a minute, going through the full range of temperatures.
If the issue remains, the RP104456 cartridge may need to be replaced.
