does this rough in valve have an extension kit if roughed in too deep in the wall cavity?

We offer the RP104000 extension kit but it does not work on all wall mount lav. faucets. The kit will extend 2 handle models listed below that use R3500-WL up to 3.75" wall thickness.

does this valve have antiscald features or will a thermostatic mixing valve have to be added to this to limit the temperature for use at public lavatories?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet R3510-WL-R.
This valve rough does not have pressure balance or thermostatic features to maintain temperature if the water supply changes.

Can this valve be used in a shower for a single shower head? I am looking for a single handle which controls the flow rate, the desired temperature, and is temperature balance from scalding hot water.
