HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered this from Delta and called 10 minutes later to cancel as I found it much cheaper and delivery MUCH faster at Home Depot. They said it had already been processed and I'll have to pay to ship it back. There is NO way it was ready to ship in 10 minutes. Rep declined offering a postage paid return label. Quick to take the money but not return it.

I'm a plumber taking over an hotel and condos project started by another plumber. I have 4 rough-ins that are too low in the floor. Do you make extension for the water stems or do I have to raise valve body?

Does this unit have a built-in thermostat mixing valve?
Hi Texas heat,
Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model R4700-FLWS-R.
The mixing valve or cartridge is included with the trim. The Delta cartridge would not be thermostatic or include a temperature limiting device. However, a pressure-balanced cartridge RP46074 is available to replace an included RP73598 cartridge.

Hot water not getting very hot

I am sorry for this inconvenience, we would recommend flushing, making sure the water heater is set to 120 or lower, and both hot and cold supply lines open equally.
