Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shower Diverter knob broke When working with the tub spout, the diverter knob Broke. Seems like it was held on by just 1/8” brass bolt. Not a sturdy design and you can’t get a replacement part so having yo spend few hundred dollars for a new spout.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flimsy, Poor Design This spout/diverter was beautiful and a perfect coordinating piece to match the other Delta fixtures in the bathroom. Shockingly, during install the diverter knob broke off very easily, causing major delays in the project due to unavailability. I had to replace with a less substantial piece because Delta could not provide a manufacture date. Save yourself the headache and select something else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed After purchasing this beautiful faucet and upon installing the diverter spout broke off and it seems I'll be waiting another 4 months for a replacement. I have to wait as the entire bathroom shower, tub and sink including wall accessories match this collection. I am disappointed.

Instructions on page 5 diagram C-2 does not show the distance from the wall to end of pipe. This distance is needed to insure a tight fit to tub wall.

The tub spout RP100196 does not fit a 1/2” copper pipe.  The inside diameter is for a 1/2” iron pipe, there is no o-ring referenced on page 6 and there is not a set screw.  It is threaded for an iron pipe only there is no way to attach it to a copper pipe

I am trying to connect a Dorval tub spout to a solder tub ell not iron pipe. All the connectors that I can find are too big to fit into the spout connection base to thread in. HELP!
