Poor soap dispenser
The head of the dispenser is wobbly and the spring is weak. You can only dispense soap once then you need to wait 30 seconds for the spring to push the head back up.

Q&A
The top of the soap dispenser doesn't sit securely on the soap dispenser stem and therefore wobbles when using. I don't see an exploding view or parts list to verify if we have all the parts.

I am having the same problem. The top of the pump doesn't fit securely onto the pump stem and is very wobbly. Is this normal? If so, it's a lousy design. I've had other Delta soap dispensers that locked into place.

The head assembly for our Delta soap dispenser model RP100632AR just sits on top of the pump, This should not be too loose however, it does not lock into place.

what is the maximum deck thickness?

Hi we are looking for a soap dispenser with a dispensing arm that is longer than 21/2”. 3-31/2 would be ideal. The one we have is too short and the soap spills on the counter. Do you have any that are longer than 2 1/2”? Thank you Susan
