Looks nice but not secure
The soap dispenser looks high quality, but it is not. The head of the dispenser barely attached to the base. It's wobbly and spins around with no friction at all. Super annoyed with this dispenser.

It looks nice, but operations are sloppy.
The soap dispenser is nice quality and shows well, but the pump head doesn't feel secure on the base of the dispenser. Rather than clicking into place and feeling like there's no lateral deflection, the head feels like it's wobbling on the base. 5/5 for looks, 2/5 for actual operation. The metal is heavy and seems like it will last, and there are no issues with the plastic reservoir.

We have the Broderick RP100632 soap dispensers. I need replacement bottle and pump for the dispenser. Can you tell the part number for this as I ordered RP51702 pump and bottle and it is not the same size.

I have a soap dispenser , the tube came off and is in the bottom, can I unscrew the bottle from under the sink,?

Our soap dispenser came with the kitchen fixtures. About 6 months ago, we realized that it was hard to pump the soap. Now it’s almost impossible to get any soap to come out. Can you make a suggestion that allow our dispenser to work again.

Please try soaking the pump and head to your Delta Faucet Soap Dispenser model RP100632 in warm water for about an hour and pumping warm water through it.
This should help soften any soap buildup that may prevent it from dispensing properly.

We have owned this dispenser, faucet, and pot filler set for a year now. We love it and it look and feels great. My only issue is the soap dispenser doesn’t work any longer. Is there a replacement pump mechanism that I can order?

How do I fill soap dispenser

Our Delta Faucet Broderick™ Soap/Lotion Dispenser W/Bottle In Arctic Stainless
MODEL#: RP100632AR head assembly just sits on top of the pump, it should be easily removed by pulling up and refilling from the top. If you are having difficulty, the bottle from under the deck can be unthreaded and filled with soap as well.
