RP10035 dispenser assembly- the base that sets on the counter surface has a neck which appears to have an "o" ring at its end. My purchase came with a clear plastic "split" ring. I assume this is to reduce any wobble when depressing pump. Is this correct?

Some suppliers sell a "metalized plastic" Cassidy soap dispenser. Is this one metal above the sink deck? Also, will I need additional parts for it if I don't have an existing dispenser? Thank you.
Thank you for your question, ellabee! RP100735RB has been recently resigned and will include a metal soap dispenser head from now on for added durability and performance. This dispenser will include all components needed for installation.

I lost the split ring gasket that sits on the outside of the dispenser The pump no longer works Pls advise

How do you refill the bottle?
Thank you for your question, Tiffany! The bottle on the RP100735RB soap dispenser can be refilled by unscrewing the head, and using a funnel to fill the soap bottle.
