Rated 2 out of 5 by from Water leak through adjustment ring As others have reported, our 2 shower heads of this model developed significant cascading leaks around the shroud/adjustment ring. It seems likely this is due to an O-ring failure and it is unfortunate that a simple refurbishment kit is not readily available to fix the problem. Prior to failure, the heads were wonderful.

What cartridge number do I need for shower head number RP34355CB

Thank you for you question. Delta Faucet model # RP34355CB is a replacement showerhead for an existing showerhead. It does not have a cartridge associated with it. You will need a valving system and trim to go with this showerhead. We recommend the R10000-UNBX rough-in valve and then whatever series you choose.

I see many people have the same problem with this shower head RP34355. Water gushes around edges. I have cleaned with water & vinegar as suggested hoping that distribution flow is the problem, but to no avail. Any help would be appreciate?

How do I clean debris out of head? I had to install a new hot water tank & after startup the water slowed down to a trickle

Hi Sixpack, Thank you for your question! We do not recommend the shower head to be completely taken apart for cleaning. Our recommendation is soaking the entire shower head in a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar for approximately 10-15 minutes to dissolve any minerals. Delta Touch-Clean 3-Setting Shower Head

I have the Delta Touch-Clean 3-Setting Shower Head, Model #: RP34355RB in the Venetian Bronze finish. I would like to be able to attach a metal hose to it in the same finish so I can make it hand held. If this is possible, what parts will I need? If this is not possible, what would be the closest hand held shower head that looks similar to my current shower head? I would prefer a hand held shower head without the bar attachment. Hi John, Thank you for your question. The parts needed to turn you model RP34355RB showerhead into a hand held are not available in the venetian bronze finish. You could add a 3 way shower arm diverter U4929-RB-PK, keep your existing fixed showerhead, and add a wall mount handshower like model 55021-RB. Another option would be to replace your current showerhead with the model 54613-RB shower mount hand shower. Thanks, Dave

How do I 'clean' my Victorian shower head. It's 12 years old and the water pressure has decreased. The one in our guest room has twice the water pressure as ours in the master bathroom. Ours has been used constantly for the 12 years and it needs cleaning.

RP34355 Shower head is gushing around the edges when in the middle setting (massage and narrow settings are fine). Do you offer a warranty replacement? I have cleaned with vinegar per other FAQ. Wondering if it needs a replacement cartridge. Thanks!

Our warranty covers, all parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of Delta® faucets purchased from authorized Delta sellers to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed. I have included a link below for the warranty information. https://www.deltafaucet.com/service-parts/warranty It is possible that flushing the product could resolve this issue. To do this, turn off the water supplies, remove the cartridge, and turn the supplies back on for one minute. Please make sure that you are getting good flow through both the hot and cold sides while flushing. You can also shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the back half of the cartridge rattles. This means that the pressure-balancing spool is moving freely, as it should. Are replacement internal parts available for RP34355 showerheads? I have four of them and the rubber seals have become hard, resulting in water leaking out of the housing, so it appear that the rubber parts need to be replaced.
