LEAKS TERRIBLY SO CANNOT BE USED
Shower head looks nice, but as others have noted, it leaks terribly above the umbrella part that comes out over the actual water spout. Over 3/4 of the water is coming out that top and shooting out to the sides, therefore, not at all on the person taking the actual shower. Ridiculous! When I called them for a replacement, they said that I would have to purchase an entirely new shower head for $177 (not the full kit, just this faulty shower head). They don't have any repair kits or o-ring replacement options for it. There are so many bad reviews of this same problem, you'd think that they would redesign the item to not have this problem, but no, they just want you to buy a new one at full retail (overpriced) price. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Low pressure
Not the same as the one I bought several years ago. The showerhead is beautiful, but the pressure is too low for me. They might have made changes to the model over the years. I cannot get a strong flow of water.

Water leak through adjustment ring
As others have reported, our 2 shower heads of this model developed significant cascading leaks around the shroud/adjustment ring. It seems likely this is due to an O-ring failure and it is unfortunate that a simple refurbishment kit is not readily available to fix the problem. Prior to failure, the heads were wonderful.

Terrible shower head
I had 3 of these showers heads and they all leaked around the swivel to adjust the spray after 6 months of use. Total garbage shower head. Replaced it with a Moen of similar design. It’s been over 14 years now and the Moen shower head still works great.

Our shower heads and hand showers use either a metal and plastic combination or a proprietary mixture of components to ensure a long lasting, high quality product, while maintaining safety control for the various temperatures of water that go through the product. This shower head is non metallic.

How do I clean debris out of head? I had to install a new hot water tank & after startup the water slowed down to a trickle

We do not recommend the shower head to be completely taken apart for cleaning. Our recommendation is soaking the entire shower head in a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar for approximately 10-15 minutes to dissolve any minerals. You can also remove the debris screen in the back of the shower head to rinse it.

Can a handheld attachment be added to this shower head?

Thanks for your question.
Unfortunately, you could not add a hand shower to this particular shower head. However, you could get a separate wall mounted hand shower and install a 3 function diverter into the wall which would allow you to operate both the shower head and hand shower at the same time. Alternatively, you could use the U4920-PK as a handshower mount and diverter. You could hook the diverter to the shower arm and thread the shower head to the front of it. This will allow you to switch between the hand shower and shower head.

Delta Touch-Clean 3-Setting Shower Head
I have the Delta Touch-Clean 3-Setting Shower Head, Model #: RP34355RB in the Venetian Bronze finish. I would like to be able to attach a metal hose to it in the same finish so I can make it hand held. If this is possible, what parts will I need? If this is not possible, what would be the closest hand held shower head that looks similar to my current shower head? I would prefer a hand held shower head without the bar attachment.

Hi John, Thank you for your question. The parts needed to turn you model RP34355RB showerhead into a hand held are not available in the venetian bronze finish. You could add a 3 way shower arm diverter U4929-RB-PK, keep your existing fixed showerhead, and add a wall mount handshower like model 55021-RB. Another option would be to replace your current showerhead with the model 54613-RB shower mount hand shower.

How do I 'clean' my Victorian shower head. It's 12 years old and the water pressure has decreased. The one in our guest room has twice the water pressure as ours in the master bathroom. Ours has been used constantly for the 12 years and it needs cleaning.

There is a rubber washer or o ring inside this shower head. How can I get a replacement?
My shower head leaks out the side. An o-ring from the hardware store doesn't fix the problem.

Does the lifetime limited warranty cover leaks from the shower head while the shower is on? Love the remaining pressure and spray but the leaking has to go. I have a discontinued RP34355SS I think as it was installed in the home I just purchased.

Where can I view a page of parts for model #RP34355RB bathroom shower head
My shower head leaks around the housing where the rotating ring attaches to the main housing. This leak is not around the nozzles or face of the shower head. I tried cleaning the nozzles in case back pressure was causing the leak but that didn't help.

Unfortunately, we don't carry replacement showerhead gaskets. For a gasket where it connects to the shower arm, it is a standard size for a 1/2" connection. About 3/4" diameter.

Our products have a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of Delta® faucets purchased from authorized Delta sellers are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed.
