LEAKS TERRIBLY SO CANNOT BE USED
Shower head looks nice, but as others have noted, it leaks terribly above the umbrella part that comes out over the actual water spout. Over 3/4 of the water is coming out that top and shooting out to the sides, therefore, not at all on the person taking the actual shower. Ridiculous! When I called them for a replacement, they said that I would have to purchase an entirely new shower head for $177 (not the full kit, just this faulty shower head). They don't have any repair kits or o-ring replacement options for it. There are so many bad reviews of this same problem, you'd think that they would redesign the item to not have this problem, but no, they just want you to buy a new one at full retail (overpriced) price. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Low pressure
Not the same as the one I bought several years ago. The showerhead is beautiful, but the pressure is too low for me. They might have made changes to the model over the years. I cannot get a strong flow of water.

Water leak through adjustment ring
As others have reported, our 2 shower heads of this model developed significant cascading leaks around the shroud/adjustment ring. It seems likely this is due to an O-ring failure and it is unfortunate that a simple refurbishment kit is not readily available to fix the problem. Prior to failure, the heads were wonderful.

Terrible shower head
I had 3 of these showers heads and they all leaked around the swivel to adjust the spray after 6 months of use. Total garbage shower head. Replaced it with a Moen of similar design. It’s been over 14 years now and the Moen shower head still works great.

Model RP34355RB removed old and replace it with the new one. Turned on the water and it flew off hitting the shower floor. Can't get it back together to install ? Why would it and how can I fix it ?

To install the shower head. Apply plumber tape to the threads on the shower arm then hand tighten the shower head to the arm.
If the connection is not secure, be sure to remove any old plumber tape from the shower arm and check the condition of the threads. Check that the shower head is screwed on far enough to compress the rubber gasket in the shower head.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have any showerheads in the Satin finish; however, Brushed Nickel would be the closest finish to match. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
You can also go to your local wholesaler, and request finish sample rings to see which finish would best match your current showerhead.

RP34355 Shower head is gushing around the edges when in the middle setting (massage and narrow settings are fine). Do you offer a warranty replacement? I have cleaned with vinegar per other FAQ. Wondering if it needs a replacement cartridge. Thanks!

Our warranty covers, all parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of Delta® faucets purchased from authorized Delta sellers to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed. It is possible that flushing the product could resolve this issue. To do this, turn off the water supplies, remove the cartridge, and turn the supplies back on for one minute.
Please make sure that you are getting good flow through both the hot and cold sides while flushing. You can also shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the back half of the cartridge rattles. This means that the pressure-balancing spool is moving freely, as it should.

What is your part number for the washer (gasket) that fits inside the shower head connection to the supply pipe.

The showerhead gasket is a standard size for a showerhead. We don't carry the gasket as an individual part. Our 4959BG hand shower hose gaskets should work, if needed.
