RP34355 Leaks
We refinished our house about 10 years ago and replaced all bathroom fixtures with Delta products. Really like the looks. Unfortunately just like the others this shower head started leaking in the back. I have 2, the other one gets less use and still works. The head should either be serviceable for a low cost or don't charge $85 to replace it.

Good shower head, but leaks
We purchased a large Toll Brothers built home in 2005, where all plumbing fixtures were from Delta. In general, we are quite satisfied with all Delta products. However, we have encountered problem with the Delta Victorian 5 1/2” touch clean 3 setting Venetian bronze shower heads. It is a bit annoying to find that by April 2018, five of the six installed shower heads are leaking.

Have the shower head but it only has ONE function, no instructions anyplace on how to use the 3-function Delta promises

The original shower head lasted about 11 years without any problems. I found this on line without any problems and had it installed by a contractor. Working great so far.

Plastic = Junk
We have 4 of the older model of this shower head and they all have leaks and 2 came apart and won't go back together. I have used cleaners to break up the mineral deposits but having 2 that I cannot put back together is the most annoying. Been trying to find anything online showing how to fix them but no luck.

Joining the crowd
I bought a house that is filled with Delta products and has these in every bathroom. I have been liivng with weaker pressure in the master than other bathrooms and have tried to figure out why and suspected the shower head but have been liivng with it as I have two heads in that shower. But I just went to clean another shower in anticipation of a guest and when I turned the shower on it was gushing water from behind the head which brought me to this website to see if it could be fixed. And I see that I am not alone and that the answer is no. Disappointing.

Did not function right since day one
We have the previous model of this shower head installed in all of our showers. The Master bath is the one we use most. It has not worked properly since day one. It holds water and leaks throughout the day and was leaking slowly around the gasket but now it is way too much. I am disappointed about the lack of opportunity to fix this simple problem. We paid a considerable amount for this product. I took the head off the guest shower and placed it in our master bath and the water pressure improved 10 fold. I can not believe we have been dealing with this problem so long. Buyer beware!

Replacement of original
We bought this to replace the identical model purchased several years ago during a remodel. Then, though, it was installed by a plumber who saved none of the paperwork, warranty, and had not registered the product.
The previous version of this shower head had problems from day one. It leaaked from the gasket at the back of the faucet and it retained and kept water within the shower head for several hours - slowly leaking out onto the shower floor. The plumber retired and we could not get DELTA to do anything about these problems.
So, I bought this head from FAUCETSDIRECT.COM. It is original DELTA, it was trivial to install, it is more attractive than the original model, and it works far better than the original model - no runs, no drips, no seeps, no errors. I was in favor of changing manufacturers but my wife insisted on keeping the DELTA model since all other fixtures in both baths are this DELTA line. I was dubious but she was right and I was wrong. I highly recommend this version of the shower head.

Leaking Shower Head after 5 years
As many others have stated. This showerhead has issues with leaks. Its super easy to disassemble like all delta faucets, but unlike their sinks I cant find the parts anywhere to make a quick O ring fix. Very disappointed as we have 5 of these in the house and 2 are already leaking.

Great product but as others have stated the head leaks after a while.
I put this my my home around 6 1/2 years ago and now the water gushes from behind the head. I have taken apart but as others have stated there are no repair kits for this. There is a rubber in the back but it appear to be leaking from after the rubber through the white piece somehow. With all the pressure loss I guess it's time to buy a new shower head.

same review as many others - works great for a while... but no replacement parts means that after a few years you have to buy a new head. fail.
My wife and I started out loving this shower-head - we installed a large, dual shower in our master BR - the head lasted for several years (just under 4 years now) but it now leaks on the outside and after many searches to all sorts of HW stores - I just cannot find a replacement part to seal up the failing O-rings or gaskets... what a shame. the unit is still beautiful, it just completely malfunctions now after only a few years. not sure what to do since I have another identical unit in the dual-shower, but I am very hesitant to spend this amount of money again to match the heads if I know I'll have to just do this again in 4 years... sigh... unfortunately this is now the 'American way' for so many things - build products to sell and totally replace, not to last or repair if it breaks... sad.

Will wear out!
This shower head is nice looking and works great until it starts to leak!!! From what I've researched there is no way to fix the problem either, without buying a new one. Beware, it is nice looking and will last a while but isn't a long term fixture. I need to buy it again so that it matches the other one. Ugh.

Having the same problems as others on this site.
Like others, we are having issues with two heads we have in our house. Leaking around the top. I've tried looking for a new rubber gasket but can't find one anywhere. Poor design not to have replacement parts.

Not happy with this product. After 8 years, this product started gushing water out of the side of the head, then came apart in my hand.
We purchased all delta faucets when we built our home 8 years ago. The shower head started leaking just a couple of days ago. This morning, water was pouring out of the perimeter of the shower head. As I tried to adjust it, the entire head fell off. As I was inspecting it to try and repair it, I noticed that it would not screw back on or turn and fit back into place. It appears that the entire plastic white part sheared apart but it isn't obvious at all. I believe the plastic is one piece and therefore unrepairable.

Shower Head/spray
Good quality but not as good as the one I bought about fifteen years ago. The connector nut is now some kind of plastic were the original one was metal. The filter screen is changed to plastic also. All in all I like the shower head but I liked the original better.

Love the look of this product but are experiencing the same leaking issue in both shower heads as mentioned in other reviews.
The leak began in one shower head and substantially effects the water pressure. Now the other shower head is doing the same thing.

High Quality,Stress Relief!

Great quality showerhead
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love this Delta shower head. It was very easy to install the shower head. You just have to remove your old showerhead, then install new Teflon tape and after that you can install the new shower head. The showerhead looks very stylish and it is very easy to clean. It has a stylish shape and a nice chrome coating that really matches the other faucets in my bathroom. It has three spray settings: full spray, massage spray and soft spray. It is very easy to switch between the different settings. You only have to turn it. I love the massage setting. It is very relaxing! The touch-clean showerhead has rubber spray holes that are really easy to clean so you won’t get calcium and lime build-up. With the hard water I have I really like that. The showerhead is from great quality and very durable. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

A must for your bathroom by Delta.

It is a beautiful fixture and I love the 3 options it offers. To switch between the 3 settings you simple slide/push the handle to choose, it glides between the settings effortlessly. The color we received is very sophisticated and polished. Very expensive looking and works great.

I see many people have the same problem with this shower head RP34355. Water gushes around edges. I have cleaned with water & vinegar as suggested hoping that distribution flow is the problem, but to no avail. Any help would be appreciate?

Delta Touch-Clean 3-Setting Shower Head
I have the Delta Touch-Clean 3-Setting Shower Head, Model #: RP34355RB in the Venetian Bronze finish. I would like to be able to attach a metal hose to it in the same finish so I can make it hand held. If this is possible, what parts will I need? If this is not possible, what would be the closest hand held shower head that looks similar to my current shower head? I would prefer a hand held shower head without the bar attachment.

Hi John, Thank you for your question. The parts needed to turn you model RP34355RB showerhead into a hand held are not available in the venetian bronze finish. You could add a 3 way shower arm diverter U4929-RB-PK, keep your existing fixed showerhead, and add a wall mount handshower like model 55021-RB. Another option would be to replace your current showerhead with the model 54613-RB shower mount hand shower.
