Was great until it started leaking
I've run into the same issues as the other users. Water pours out of the shower head around the adjustment ring. What fix is available considering this looks to be a well known issue?

Great shower head until it leaks
I really like the spray and look of this shower head however I have the same problem several other have reported in the reviews. I have four of them and three of them now leak from between the shroud and selection ring. I too have been unable to fine replacement seals to make repairs. For a pricey as they are, it's unfortunate Delta doesn't offer replacement seal kits.

Leaks from spray adjuster.
Had this head a couple years. It starting leaking from around the adjustment flange. Tried to order parts to rebuild but can not find them. Other than that is it a great product.

Assembled poorly at factory. Leaked after dry
OK until it was unused for a few months. Massive leaking around rotating area.
Took apart and found the large gasket was originally assembled 'mangled'
Worked while wet, once it dried out, not. Cannot find another gasket like this.
Big shame/expense I get to throw it out because a 50 cent gasket?

Good features
I like being able to adjust the showerhead for my preferences -- which can sometimes be a softer spray and at other times, the heavier massage spray. Also, I hope that it will be easier to clean than our last showerhead!

Delta Faucet RP34355RB Shower Head
I love the spray but I now have extreme leaks at the spray change swivel - spraying all over the bathroom. Can't find any o-rings to replace the one that has failed and can't find a parts list on the Delta website. Disappointing that I have to buy a new shower head because I can't find an o-ring to replace the one at the spray change swivel. Apparently this is an ongoing problem based on other reviews. I would think that Delta would have those o-rings available .....

Fantastic when it is not leaking...
So disappointed that this otherwise awesome shower head is now leaking from behind the shroud. Cleaned the screen and tightened the shroud but water just pours out. We have 2 of these so just waiting for the other to go too! Very disappointing especially for the price!

Leaking after 3 months
This is my second one thats leaking. First one around the adjustment ring and now this one where it screws on to the pipe. The bottom of the coupler split! Can't believe it. Love the water pressure and pattern though. Not sure what to do???

Poor Quaity / Design Flaw
This head may have worked fine when new, but it now leaks more water behind the shroud than what comes out the nozzles. Water apreays everywhere except where it should. I would not buy this again.

Leaks Around the Adjustment Ring
Like the design and the flow patterns. This is used in 4 showers in our home. However, after 10 years I have had to replace the heads in all showers at least twice and in the master shower just ordered replacement head for the 3rd time. All leak at the adjustment ring. One actually blew apart due to broken plastic internal design.

Worked well for 4 years....now pouring out of side
I have this shower head in my master bathroom and it leaks at the swivel point and apparently others are having the same issue. I did replace the screen gasket....soaked it in white vinegar to get dirt and lime out. I cannot find any parts for this item as well . . . Good pressure in all settings but the leak is really annoying.

Same problem as others have described
I have 3 that were installed when the home was built. It’s leaking around the outer ring , no repair o-rings available anywhere. It should be a simple low cost repair instead looking at replacing a $75 shower head.

Leaking at the swivel point
We have 2 of these shower heads and they BOTH started leaking at the swivel point, like other reviewers have said. Hardware store doesn't have the replacement gaskets or O-rings and can't find them on this website.

Superb Rust-Free Finish
I bought one of these a couple years ago. The finish instantly captured me so I had to buy it. After returning home, I installed it and it was very easy to install, took less than 10 minutes. Later on that day I decided to try it out and take a shower. It worked very well. Feels really good on my back and scalp. I definitely recommend.

Same Issue As Others
I have one of these in our master bath shower and it looks and works great. However, as so many other reviewers, our has started to leak from inside the cone and water pours out and runs over the outside of the shower head. I was surprised to see so many others have had the same proble.

Problems after just 3 years.
The water pressure has decreased in the head. I removed, cleaned the screen and soaked in a vinegar solution. Nothing helped. Still low pressure from the head. I have replaced it. Would not recommend this shower head.

Leaks
It started out dripping but now months later I will have to replace because the now it leaks badly and water shoots onto the back wall. I had noticed water stains on the basement ceiling tile and couldn't figure it out.. I think I've found the culprit.
It does work well though besides the flaw.

Showerhead leaks
I have 5 of these shower heads and 3 of them are now leaking and spraying water in all directions. The spray can cause damage to walls. I took one apart and discovered bad o-rings. I can not find o-rings at Lowes and Home Depot or online. I can fix the problem if given the o-rings.

Beautiful Fixture
I have 3 of these shower heads in my bathrooms, all Victorian bronze. They are beautiful and match all my bathroom fixtures but unfortunately one is leaking and spraying water in all different directions. My husband took it apart to try to fix but unfortunately can't.

Really good until its not...
I have 6 of these shower heads in 5 different bathrooms. Very clean and upscale design for the price. However, one started leaking very badly and is also dripping (possible valve issue too). Upon inspection it appears the internal gasket in the showerhead is deteriorated.
Unfortunately the leaking showerhead is in the master bath which has double heads. It appears I will have to remove one from another bathroom to keep matching heads and replace the defective unit. I am now concerned about the longevity of the remaining showerheads.

Looks great but not put together well
We bought a home last year built by Toll brothers who installed all Delta products. The Master Bath has two of these shower heads where one sprung a leak just like others reported (in between the cone and the base). Took the head apart (it came off very easily at the cone) and can see that the washers are cracked which is the reason for the leaks. I am stuck with deciding whether to replace this one head with the same model or spend extra and replace both shower heads and handles.

shower head came apart
The shower head had water pouring out of the seam between the 2 parts; and, then the bottom half of the shower head came off. I cannot put the 2 pieces back together. I have all Delta fixtures in my home and several of them are starting to fail.

What is body material made of? Brass?

Our shower heads and hand showers use either a metal and plastic combination or a proprietary mixture of components to ensure a long lasting, high quality product, while maintaining safety control for the various temperatures of water that go through the product. I cannot get the plastic filter out of the shower head?

Thank you for your question. I apologize that you are having issues with your showerhead. However, we do not recommend taking apart your showerhead.
We do recommend soaking a cloth in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and cold water and applying it to the showerhead to loosen the mineral deposits. You may want to soak it overnight.

What cartridge number do I need for shower head number RP34355CB
Thank you for you question. Delta Faucet model # RP34355CB is a replacement showerhead for an existing showerhead. It does not have a cartridge associated with it. You will need a valving system and trim to go with this showerhead. We recommend the R10000-UNBX rough-in valve and then whatever series you choose.
