20 years and counting
Been using 20 years this month. We don't have haed water here. I see reviews that say iy doesn't put out enough water, but I feel the opposite. I spent a lot of time this weekend looking for aerators to throttle the flow, there isn't space for one. Overall a simple and sturdy product that has lasted a long time, if you keep it clean I don't know why you would ever need to replace it.

Good economical shower head
My Delta shower head, A112.18.1M (now RP38357) regularly last about 6 years, then I contact Delta and they replace it for free. The rubber nozzles eventually clog with calcium, and spray un-uniformly. I can't beat the service and support from Delta, doing the free replacement every 6 years or so.

Very poor water pressure
I am very disappointed with my purchase of this shower head. As previous reviews stated, it takes much longer to wash off soap, and is almost an uncomfortably soft pressure. I'll take some blame as I didn't look into the GPM so maybe this is typical performance for 1.75 GPM, just not my cup of tea.

Lousy!
Restricted spray actually makes you waste water because it takes 2 or 3 times as long to rinse off soap and shampoo. At $40. it is way overpriced!

Thank you for your question. The Delta RP38357 shower head has a non-removable, flow restrictor that gives a flow rate of 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. This also has a debris screen that can be removed and cleaned for debris.

Does It Pivot
Does the shower head have a joint that allows it to pivot up/down or side-to-side?

Thank you for your question. This shower head uses a standard ball joint at the connection to the shower arm. You should be able to pivot the shower head up to 45 degrees in any direction.

How does the "touch-clean" feature work? What do you have to do to cause it to "clean"?

What gasket or washer does the head comes with? I need to reinstall existing one after adapting with something else and don't recall if there's one. I know it comes with a plastic piece but not sure if also a rubber washer or not.

is there a filter for sedament on the shower head. And if there is how do you clean it .
