Rated 4 out of 5 by from 20 years and counting Been using 20 years this month. We don't have haed water here. I see reviews that say iy doesn't put out enough water, but I feel the opposite. I spent a lot of time this weekend looking for aerators to throttle the flow, there isn't space for one. Overall a simple and sturdy product that has lasted a long time, if you keep it clean I don't know why you would ever need to replace it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good economical shower head My Delta shower head, A112.18.1M (now RP38357) regularly last about 6 years, then I contact Delta and they replace it for free. The rubber nozzles eventually clog with calcium, and spray un-uniformly. I can't beat the service and support from Delta, doing the free replacement every 6 years or so.

As previous reviews stated, it takes much longer to wash off soap, and is almost an uncomfortably soft pressure. I'll take some blame as I didn't look into the GPM so maybe this is typical performance for 1.75 GPM, just not my cup of tea.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lousy! Restricted spray actually makes you waste water because it takes 2 or 3 times as long to rinse off soap and shampoo. At $40. it is way overpriced!

What is the gray plastic thing inside the showerhead, I cannot find any video clip on this, 20 year old unit looks like it has one stuck inside the shower hrm coming out of the shower wall.

Where can I find the instillation specs for this shower head? I need to replace the head on my shower and want to ensure this one will work. The current shower head does not screw onto the pipe coming out of the wall, it screws onto another piece .
