Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Tub faucet [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tub faucet was exactly what we were looking for to go with our other Delta shower system. I like this is goes well style wise with alot of the Delta collections and bec it has its own diverter it can also.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The pull up diverter keep on getting stuck on up position... I bought this set at Home Depot that comes with everything, the whole set looks very nice as an upgrade to replace the original set that came with the house. Everything was working well, until 4 years later when the pull up diverter kept on getting stuck on the up position. No matter how much I try with all my strength, it just won't push down. I have to take it apart and clean it and try to make it loose again, only to have it work for a few days and then it gets stuck again. I have tried to fix it several times and now I have given up. I just called Delta for replacement of the spout...I have to tell you, Delta customer service is unbeatable. They are so nice and professional, also very knowledgeable with their products, parts, and plumbing issues. I'm so happy with Delta customer service, I will always go with them over the other brands. I have 4 bathrooms in my house, I will continue to buy Delta Faucet's products for all my future needs. Thank you, Delta Faucet!

I am using this product now . But the faucet diverter pull up is broken . Can I order only the "pull up" from parts ?
Asked by: Alan
Hi Alan, Thank you for your question. The diverter parts for the RP41591SS tub spout are not available as a separate item. The entire tub spout will have to be replaced. Thanks, Dave

How long does the pipe need to extend from the wall for the RP41591 Slip On Diverter Spout

Asked by: Wally
Hi Wally, Thank you for your question! When installing this RP41591 slip-on tub spout, the tubing should be cut 2 ¾ - 4 ¼” from the finished wall with a tubing cutter.Prior to inserting the tube into the adapter, the end should be chamfered free of burrs (on the outside of the tube) to prevent cutting or nicking of O-ring. Do not over-tighten set screw. Best regards, Brandis

RP41591SS

Purchased this Tub Spout from Delta and was told by Lowe's store person that we could remove the plastic inside part so the spout could be screwed onto the existing tub pipe. Plastic part does not seem to be able to come out. Help please.
Asked by: George
Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP41591SS contains a non-removable built-in adapter. We do manufacture other models that have removable adapters.

I have this series bath shower combo and it is leaking. on the valve I unscrewed the knob and removed the set screw. The base will not slide off for me to get to the cartridge. How can I remove the valve knob? Thanks

Asked by: Jbs1
Hi Jbs1, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP41591SS tub spout. If a part of the valve trim is difficult to remove, it may be caused by mineral deposits. We recommend soaking the area with a solution of 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing. Please contact us directly if you have any additional questions!
