Every call to Delta has been with complete satisfaction. They always get a replacement seal or component out to me quickly with no questions asked.

Our shower head was not made any more so they sent this one which was similar in style to our old one for free. This new shower head is so great. Great coverage and water pattern. Delta is a great company. We will not be buying any other brand after this experience.

This year, after using this shower once, my husband ordered this shower head for the upstairs shower that he claims as his. After little checking we found the cost at this website more than 20 dollars cheaper than purchased locally AND FREE shipping! It was delivered to our door in just a couple of days Who could ask for more.

How do you adjust the shower head settings.  We cannot get the lever to move.

How can I improve the water pressure for a RP43381PB just purchased, so that it performs like my RP43381SS purchased in 2011.

Hello, Thank you for your question. The Delta RP43381 shower head has been redesigned. The product originally had a flow rate of 2.5 gpm (gallons per minute) at 80 PSI. The shower head now has a flow rate of 1.75 gpm. There is no way to increase the flow. Best regards, Brandis

I have this exact shower head rp43381, do you sell replacement washers for the inside as mine keeps falling out of place making the pressure too high for proper use, if so where can I get replacement parts?

how do you disassemble unit to clean mineral deposits. Little or no spray coming from the small holes when in spray mode setting.

The Delta Faucet RP43381 showerhead features touch-clean, so calcium and lime build-up on the rubber spray holes can be wiped away with your finger. How do you change the flow settings? I use the lever but all it does is change the head but not the flow. I do not see where the head will adjust pattern.

Our daughter was bathing our granddaughter in our tub- tried to use this shower head- snd twisted off the top piece breaking the center plastic piece- will I have to replace the entire assembly?

My RP43381 showerhead came with a Delta shower trim kit. The showerhead has a plastic looking (tan in color) gasket with screen holes in the joint that connects to the pipe threads. Is this gasket enough to seal this joint or should teflon tape be used?

It is possible this issue can be resolved by cleaning the Universal Showering Premium 3-Setting Shower Head Model#: RP43381SS. We recommend you try soaking the product in a 50/50 solution of water and white distilled vinegar. This could break up any possible calcium buildup inside. Hello, how do I attach a screw on Filter to this shower head? I am having difficulty with this particular shower head. I always use a filter, and this is very difficult to unscrew to screw in a filter.
