Simple and functional.
My home in Coastal NC came with all DELTA components and have lasted for 10+ years. Recently my MSTR bath shower head failed and when I called DELTA, they immediately replaced it, as I am the original homeowner.
Love and will always use Delta!

Delta is great
I put Delta throughout my house 12 years ago. Have started having a few leaks in different items over the last couple of years as would be expected. Every call to Delta has been with complete satisfaction. They always get a replacement seal or component out to me quickly with no questions asked.

Does not last. clogs, rubber ends break off
Shower head started to build up with calcium rubbed the nubs as indicated (sell point) and instead of cleaning and allowing water to flow, they stay clogged and the nubs break off.

Great Shower head
We had a Delta shower head that was 15 years old and was leaking. We contacted Delta. They were so great. Our shower head was not made any more so they sent this one which was similar in style to our old one for free. This new shower head is so great. Great coverage and water pattern. Delta is a great company. We will not be buying any other brand after this experience.

Great shower heads!
We replaced our Danze shower heads with the Delta shower heads. What a difference! The Danze heads were of substandard design. The Delta heads are heavy duty with excellent water flow.

Delta is an incredible company
I have a Delta faucet that is 15 years old and was leaking. The one I have is no longer made and with any question Delta Rep is sending me this one. This is the most incredible company and I would never buy a different brand. I have Delta throughout my Home and they warranty is great.

Very Pleased!
Our plumber installed this shower head when we renovated our downstairs shower last year. This year, after using this shower once, my husband ordered this shower head for the upstairs shower that he claims as his. After little checking we found the cost at this website more than 20 dollars cheaper than purchased locally AND FREE shipping! It was delivered to our door in just a couple of days Who could ask for more.

Is this shower head suppose to have a washer in it for attaching to the arm?

Thank you for your question, acutelee! To adjust the spray settings on the RP43381SS shower head, you will need to rotate the lever on the rim of the head. The full outer ring that the lever it attached to should rotate.

Will this be able to replace a 20 year old Delta Shower head that looks similar to what I have by Delta?

To change the settings on the RP43381 3 setting shower head you will need to rotate the lever on the rim of the head. The touch clean stated in the description refers to being able to rub your fingers over the face of the to remove build up.

How do I clean the filter screens inside the face of the RP43381A?

Thank you for your question. The whole shower head can be taken off of the shower arm and soaked in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix. You can soak for an hour or so to clean the debris out of the whole unit.
