Does this shower head rotate on a ball socket like model 52650-pk? Is this shower head only available in 1.75 gpm?

i have an old delta shower head 15 years old, it looks just like the RP44809 but the water output is much greater than the RP44809. Does Delta still produce a compact unit with a higher than 1.75 GPM flow rate? Thank you Ken M.

Showerhead drips when shower is turned off. Do we need a new showerhead or new faucet?
