I have the Woodhurst roman tub faucet on my tub (not shower). I would like to add the hand shower. What do I need to buy? Trim, hose? And what would the plumber need to attach the hose to the existing plumbing? Please give part numbers. Thanks

Hello! You would need to purchase the RP18632 transfer valve. However, you would need to install a spout with a hand shower port which we do not offer. this shower head was installed about 1 year ago. i have noticed a reduction in flow over time. the first time this happened i took off the hose and found black particles that i was able to tap out. I see I can not service this. is this normal?

Hi Kevin, Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! Water debris can be trapped in the hand shower connection and cleaned out. We also recommend running the water with the hand shower removed from the hose to flush out the faucet for a minute or two. Flushing is a good idea each time the water has been turned off for repairs in your home and periodically as maintenance. Soaking the hand shower in 50/50 white vinegar and water to remove mineral deposits can help improve the water flow. Rinse the finish after soaking. Does the hand held shower head come apart so I can clean it? I have some scale/hard water deposits that are plugging it up. I have used vinegar and it helped but I can't get it all clean so I want to open it up and clean it.

Hello, I own this hand shower - the "nozzle" piece through which the water sprays came loose, fell off and broke. Is it possible to order a replacement - it looks like it just screws in and out but I'm not sure if I have to buy the whole hand shower?

Does this and held shower head come with a dock to attach to the shower pipe? Im trying to attach the directly to the pipe as my main shower head. I understand I buy the hose separately.
