Love this shower head
I am updating a bathroom, and have been scouring the sites for a good shower head. Then I remembered my own current shower head (from my last remodel), and reminded myself that I really love this one. It has three spray settings, though I only use one. Guests comment on it as well. The material is lightweight (not brass) but for the price it looks great and functions superbly.

We have Delta RP48590 Shower Head. Recently most of the water has started to come out between the big cylinder that rotates to change the mode and the smaller cylinder behind. We soaked in a 50% solution of vinegar which did not solve the problem.

I am looking for a shower head that provides a forceful spray. Would the RP48590 work, or are there other models that you can recommend?

I recently purchased a delta shower head, RP48590SS (touch clean 3 setting shower head) and I wanted to know if you recommend removing the water restrictor or does this shower head come with a restrictor?

Can this showerhead (RP 48590SS) be connected to a hose? If so, can you recommend one (they're hard to find on the website)

Thank you for your question! I will be happy to help. Yes, technically you could connect a Delta handshower hose to this showerhead. However, in order for it to be practical it would need to be on some sort of handshower mount, etc.
