Very nice looking, Works Great
This is our first Waterfall Shower Head, and we are very pleased with it. My husband didn't see what the big deal was, but he uses it all the time now. We have it installed along with a regular showerhead in our new shower. It looks beautiful, is easy to install, and works great. It drips a little at the end of the shower, and when you first turn it on, stand out of the way for a few seconds while the cold water dispels, but otherwise, we love the effect.

Looks and works Great!
Replaced a cheaper shower head that was less than a yr. old but started leaking where it shouldn't. With the design of this one it won't happen. Like the design of it better!

Looks and works great!
Installed this last summer and have had guests tell me its great. I've used it myself, and it does work well. Looks great with the other components of the shower, and was very reasonably priced. I recommend it.

Great Rainhead!

Rain shower head
We are contractors who have tried many different styles of shower heads. This is the best by far. Excellent product. Plenty of power which is soft not harsh to your body . Easy to set the control to your needs. We will definitely be using this product again.

A Really Good Rain Shower Head
We redid our master bath and two powder rooms in 2018 and chose all Delta products. We are not sorry. Both our shower heads including the rain shower style rated here work quite well. Our facets are great. The only Delta product we aren't very pleased with is a toilet.

Construction of this product
Can you please tell me precisely what this product is constructed of? Is the connector fitting brass or some other material? Is the top of the shower head brass, zinc, or plastic?
I live in a part of the country where we have very hard water and chromed plastic simply doesn't hold up...

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP50841 has a shower ball and nut that are made of brass. The rest of the showerhead is composed on non-metallic materials and rubber nubbins.

The face of this shower head is composed of non-metallic materials and the nubbins where the water comes out on the face are composed of rubber. The ball and nut that are composed of brass.

what is the difference between rp53496 and rp509841

Thank you for your question. Both showerheads are contemporary design 8" square showerheads featuring our Touch-Clean system. The main difference is the spray pattern of the two showerheads. The RP50841 has a soft rain pattern and the RP53496 is a full body spray.

Does this shower head come with wall mounted controls?
If not, what must be ordered. I want a ceiling mount rain shower head controlled separately from the wall mounted shower system.

Thank you for your question! This unit is a shower head only. To run the shower head, you will need an R10000 rough-in valve and a 14, 17, or 17T series trim kit.

I ordered this from Amazon and the reviews mentioned that there were Instructions in the package as well as information on how to remove the water restrictor. My package did not have anything other than the shower head and I can't find online instruction

The Delta UNIVERSAL SHOWERING Single-Setting Raincan Shower Head MODEL# RP50841SS can be installed by removing the old showerhead and hand tightening the new showerhead onto the shower arm. Do not use a wrench or pliers. Removal of or tampering with the flow restrictor may result in shower head failure and will void the warranty.

What is the difference between RP50841 and RP50841SS?

I installed an RP50841 shower head that is leaking. The leak is not from the water source (shower arm) but at the spot where the joint attaches to the head. When I looked closely, there appears to be broken washer. I can send a picture if helpful.
