Do not overtighten! It will ruin the water diverter. No directions concerning this.

Where can I find a manual for the spout RP51303SS? I can't remove it for some reason and want to see how it can uninstalled. Thank you.
Thank you for your question Max123! The RP51303SS tub spout can either be installed using an adapter that is sweat onto 1/2" C.W.T. or threaded onto 1/2" IPS. The tub spout will simply unscrew.

how do you remove the plastic adapter on the coper pipe of the spout

Thank you for your question. The Delta RP51303 tub spout assembly plastic adapter should not come apart. If this is stuck on the copper pipe after uninstallation, we recommend to unscrew the plastic part off of the copper pipe. Do you have this part with a non-diverter style? You have wall-mount tub-only faucets in only a few styles, but not in Lahara or Dryden, so we have to piece these together with the T14038 and the RP 51303, but I don't want a diverter on a tub-only spout.

Is this plastic?!?
I'm ordering the Delta Lahara Series for two bathrooms, Trinsic for a third and Kate for the kitchen. I just noticed that the tub spout for Lahara is listed as plastic!?! Is anything else in this line plastic? If so, what are other Delta lines that are similar but better made? I've already had the plumber install the shower rough in, so there's no going back. Plus, I really like the look of Delta products. If it's only this tub spout, do y'all make one that's metal that would go with Delta in Stainless? Thanks!

However, we do have metallic tub spouts available, such as the RP64721SS.

What is the correct pipe length needed from the wall to the end of a 1/2" threaded IPS to mount the RP51303 spout?
This is a remodel installation as part of the T17438-▲H2O.

If threading the RP51303 onto 1/2" IPS nipple the pipe must be 5/8 - 1 5-8" from the finish wall.

I need to verify that Delta Model RP51303RB has the correct mounting configuration. I have a brass sweat soldered fitting that I want to reuse because my old spout broke while I was removing and I want to replace it with the same spout.
