Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked for a couple of years until it suddenly split in half Installed in 2016 with other matching Delta fixtures. Has worked fine until two days ago when it suddenly split in half along the seam. Came here to buy a replacement, but saw another buyer had a similar problem, so instead will call Delta tomorrow for a warranty claim. They weren’t very helpful when another piece in this collection tarnished, so hopefully this will be a better experience. That said, it worked well until it didn’t!

This model RP52382SS did not come with a Screen Rubber Seal, it only has a Plastic Gasket that does not Seal at all, is there a part number for one like the model 52433? Thanks

I have a Delta raincan shower head, RP52382SS, that leaks from the seam where the top and bottom discs of the shower head are attached. Is there a way to tighten the two halves of the shower head to stop the leak?

RP52382SS: There is no spec sheet on this Web site. What is it made of? What is the projection from the arm? Can I use U4993-SS arm & flange for a wall mount? Any issue with connecting it to the T27889-SS-PR diverter system?

Hi Northern Remodeler, Thank you for your question! The showerhead is metal while the ports are rubber. We offer three different ceiling mount shower arms, available in 3" , 6" and 10" lengths (see links below). It is only recommended use a raincan and not for use with model U4993-SS as it is not pressurized. Need a new aerator for RP52382SS

Hi Doug, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Unfortunately, the Single-Setting Raincan Shower Head MODEL#: RP52382SS does not have a aerator. It is possible the issue can be resolved by cleaning the product. We would recommend soaking the product in a 50/50 solution of water and white distilled vinegar. Can the RP52382RB be mounted to the ceiling? I am looking for a rain head ceiling mount that is between 8-10 inches in diameter. I have seen 2 different diameters for this shower head. What is the actual diameter and can this be mounted to the ceiling?
