Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked for a couple of years until it suddenly split in half Installed in 2016 with other matching Delta fixtures. Has worked fine until two days ago when it suddenly split in half along the seam. Came here to buy a replacement, but saw another buyer had a similar problem, so instead will call Delta tomorrow for a warranty claim. They weren’t very helpful when another piece in this collection tarnished, so hopefully this will be a better experience. That said, it worked well until it didn’t!

Purchased this, but need a longer 45 degree extension/arm as head is 'too close' to wall of shower.... need this within the bronze family of this item.. do you have a 10 or 12.5 inch arm for such?

Is there a way to get more water flow out of this shower head?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP52382RB has a water flow of 2.5 gpm at 80 psi. This is the highest water flow allowed by legislation.

I am happy to assist you today and I apologize that the Maintenance and Installation manual and Technical Specifications sheet has not yet been uploaded for this model. What tool do I use to attach this? Mine are all slipping.... Can't get it tight enough to stop leaking.

Thank you for your question, kfmcgill! A Delta shower head is designed to simply thread onto the shower arm without the need for tools. Per the Maintenance and Installation Manual, we do recommend using three or four passes of thread seal or plumbers tape to ensure this does not leak and also advise taking care not to over-tighten this connection to avoid damaging the unit. Hand tight is sufficient; however if needed, you can wrap a rag around the connector and finish tightening with an adjustable wrench. Best regards, Edward
