Rated 2 out of 5 by from Weird flow This thing is very cheap plastic for the price I paid and the flow that comes out is all over the place, almost like something is stuck inside. I expected a lot more out of this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap Plastic This product is made from cheap plastic. I paid $100 for plastic. Every other company makes it from stainless steel to last. This is so fragile I'm afraid to install as it will break. I now have to pay for shipping to return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delta Lahara Tub Spout The Delta Lahara tub spout has simple clean lines that works well with many different style bathrooms. I have used the Lahara collection in rustic mountain homes. This tub spout has shower trim, faucets, towel bars, and other bathroom accessories to match.

Q&A

What would be the max gpm on the rp53237?

Asked by: Josh
Thank you for your question, Josh! The tub spout port has a maximum flow rate of 8.6 gpm @60 PSI for the R10000-UNBX rough in, however, this means the actual flow rate will depend on the pressure coming into the home. Best regards, Edward

Why does the non-diverter version of Lahara tub spout have the California prop 65 warning? What is the material of this product? And is there risk to the user other than installing and removing? What about when cleaning the spout - is there risk then?

Asked by: Golfer 32
Hello Golfer 32, Thank you for your question. The RP53237 is a Non-Metallic Non-Diverter tub spout assembly. We are providing Prop 65 warning labels simply to inform consumers that the product contains chemicals on the State of California’s Prop 65 list. Delta Faucet Company products that carry the Prop 65 label include components made with brass, which contains small but detectible amounts of lead—an element included on the Prop 65 chemical list. Brass has a decades-long history of successful use in plumbing applications. Even though a product may be found to contain a Proposition 65-listed chemical, it does not mean that use of the product will cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Nor does it mean that a product is unsafe. All Delta Faucet Company products meet or exceed the requirements of applicable product performance and safety industry standards, as well as the federal Safe Drinking Water Act. We are confident there is no health hazard associated with the installation, use or removal of Delta, Brizo or Peerless products. https://www.deltafaucet.com/service-parts/frequently-asked-questions/legislation-and-compliance/primary-content-area/frequently-asked-questions/faq-item-1#answer-ff385d42-092e-406d-b67c-3645bfa60ca4 Best regards, Tanya

In other answers to questions asked here, you say that the assembly is made of plastic. Does that mean the entire spout is plastic or simply the parts inside of it?
