Weird flow
This thing is very cheap plastic for the price I paid and the flow that comes out is all over the place, almost like something is stuck inside. I expected a lot more out of this.

Cheap Plastic
This product is made from cheap plastic. I paid $100 for plastic. Every other company makes it from stainless steel to last. This is so fragile I'm afraid to install as it will break. I now have to pay for shipping to return.

In other answers to questions asked here, you say that the assembly is made of plastic. Does that mean the entire spout is plastic or simply the parts inside of it?

I have a Stryke kit and the tub filler sticks out from the wall too far. Will this spout thread onto the same hardware as the Stryke tub filler?

Since the aerator/screen is not removable how do you clean out the debris clogging it and restricting flow? You can't take it out and you can't get to it from the other side. This is starting to look like a disposable spout.

This tub spout's stream straightener is designed to allow the full flow of water and does not include an aerator or flow restrictor that can catch common water debris and reduce the water flow. If mineral deposits build up over time, we recommend soaking in a solution of 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing.

PLEASE HELP!! Our builder installed this spout for our alcove tub. It is too short and the way the water comes out it sprays back onto the wall. Does Delta have a longer spout (in black/bronze) that 'preferably' uses the same type of connection?

We offer the RP100197BL (only available in the matte black finish) tub spout which is 9-15/16 in. total length. There is also the RP93377 tub spout available in both the matte black and Venetian bronze finishes.

What is the diameter of the base on this faucet - Lahara non-diverter RP53237?
