Thank you for your questions. All of our showerheads come with a pivotal connection on top of the showerhead. They do tilt but it varies depending on the showerhead. The only difference between Delta Faucet model # 57740 and RP53496 is that the shower arm and flange are included in the 57740. We do not manufacture at this time any 8 inch showerheads that are less than 2.5 gpm at 80 psi. We do manufacture one 8 inch round showerhead that has 3 settings, including massage spray, full spray with massage, and full body spray. It is Delta Faucet model # 52680.

Thank you for your question, Bill! There are no known issues with the ball joint we use but all Delta shower heads will come with a lifetime limited warranty to the original owner. Hello Nmasem104, Thank you for your question. When using the Delta Raincan Shower Head RP53496 you will need to screw it on the pipe coming down from your ceiling. You will need a 1/2 threaded pipe in your ceiling and the shower head will screw onto it. It is up to you how far it sticks down from the tile. Best regards, Tanya

The Delta Angular Modern Monitor 17 Series Valve Trim with 3-Setting Integrated Diverter R22000-WS will work the the Integrated Shower Trim T27867-SS. The slide bar with handshower, shower arm and the wall elbow will be everything that you will need to set up your custom shower.
