Q&A

Is it possible to replace the internal screen? We have a new well and there was a lot of sentiment in the begin and I believe it effected the water flow from this shower head. Delta RP61181 1.75GPM 6"wide

Asked by: Spike
Thank you for your question, Spike! The RP61181 shower head does not have a replaceable debris screen. We would recommend removing the shower head and checking the back for buildup however as this can be easily rinsed off. You can also pout a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water directly into the unit to break up any mineral or hard water deposits. Best regards, Edward

Is there a matching ceiling arm and flange in oil rubbed bronze?

Asked by: Cicelyrose
Hi, Cicelyrose! Thank you for your question. At this time, we do not have ceiling arm and flanges in the Oil Rubbed Bronze to match the RP61181OB shower head. However, we do have ceiling mount shower arms in our Venetian Bronze which is a similar finish. The options are: RP61058RB, U4999-RB, and U4996-RB. Here are the links to these options: https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP61058RB https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=U4999-RB https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=U4996-RB Best Regards, Rosanna

Can I mount this from the ceiling of the shower? What diverter would I need to do this?

Asked by: Annie
Hi, Annie! The RP61181BN can be mounted to the ceiling using a ceiling-mount shower arm and flange. If this is the only shower head then no diverter is needed. If there are 2 shower heads, we recommend a 3-setting diverter. If there are 3 shower heads, we recommend a 6-setting diverter. Best regards, Keith

We have the Oil Rubbed Bronze Shower Head and Faucet in our house that was built 7 years ago. A plumber checked the shower head and told me there was a plastic washer or something broke and the water can not come out of the shower head. I need a new head.
