Does the RP61357BN tub spout with diverter come with everything you need to install on a 1/2 inch galvanized iron threaded pipe that protrudes from the wall by about an inch or do I need to buy other parts separately? If so, which ones?

I have the short brass delta adapter soldered onto my copper pipe - will this spout fit on there? I ordered one where the threading was all the way in the nose of the spout and it was much further away than the delta threaded part I have.
