Is this item made of plastic or metal?

Nonmetallic parts are used to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality product. With any hand shower, for example, the part that you would grab onto is typically made of plastic or a plastic mixture, as metal is heavier and retains heat.

The small rectangular top to my bronze single setting slide bar hand shower is missing. Is it possible to purchase that piece? Or might you know where to purchase it?

Are there replacements parts for the bottom of the handheld, the part that attaches the handheld to the hose?

Unfortunately, we don't carry replacement parts for the hand shower wand. The hose can be replaced or replacement hose gaskets are available as 4959BG if the hose connection is leaking.

hi, just received hand held #62954. installed on the shower bar/diverter (delta). well flushed system as it has been in service while waiting backordered hand shower. Problem is spray has a spot that does not spray properly.. help

Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about RP62954SS! Debris can cause the flow to change, or there could be a blockage. We would recommend soaking the hand shower in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.
