Hi, my Delta Vero handheld shower’s ball swivel connector broke. Setup: bathtub with existing metal hose, no slide bar. Does RP62954 include the swivel connector, or do I need a separate part for tub use? Thanks!

The shower head has a plastic insert within the threaded portion on the base. Is the plastic insert a flow restrictor? If so, how do I remove it. Thanks in advance.

Is this item made of plastic or metal?

Nonmetallic parts are used to ensure a long-lasting, high-quality product. With any hand shower, for example, the part that you would grab onto is typically made of plastic or a plastic mixture, as metal is heavier and retains heat.

Are there replacements parts for the bottom of the handheld, the part that attaches the handheld to the hose?

Unfortunately, we don't carry replacement parts for the hand shower wand. The hose can be replaced or replacement hose gaskets are available as 4959BG if the hose connection is leaking.
