Will this tub spout install onto copper tube rough in?

Does this product fit a tub with a soy defend on adapter?

Hi Jess, The RP64721 spout will slip onto 1/2" copper piping that extends 1 1/4” to 1 1/2” from the finished wall. The slip-on adapter can be removed to allow it to thread into a 1/2" nipple that extends 3 7/8" - 4" from the wall. Please reach out with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan

Does this have a screw on base used on the 600 series spout?

Hello, Thank you for your question! The RP64721 spout will slip onto 1/2" copper piping that extends 1 1/4” to 1 1/2” from the finished wall. The slip-on adapter can be removed to allow it to thread into a 1/2" nipple that extends 3 7/8" - 4" from the wall. Please reach out with further questions!
