Sharp looking
This shower head is going to make your shower look sharp and stand out. This shower head is going to be so easy to clean with the lumicoat protection on it so you don't have to use any chemical to clean just wipe with a rag and your done. And with the powerful water come out of the jets from the head you may not want to come out of the shower. And it's easy to install no tools needed.

Great Shower Head
This shower head is sleek with the chrome finish and the design is great. Installation was quick and super easy- all you need is plumbers tape. I was so impressed on how much water came out of the shower head- it is truly a rain shower head. It also cleans nicely and doesn’t leave water stains. Seems to be very durable. Highly recommend if your shower head needs an upgrade!

Great shower head
Love that’s it installs in minutes with no tools. Only tape is needed. I have 7 kids so we use the shower a lot, I like that it doesn’t get water spots and haven’t had any mineral build up. It literally wipes clean. Sprays great, lt feels like my pressure got stronger, my hair washed out so much easier now!

This is a piece of junk! I’ve only had this shower head for 3 months and already looking for a replacement. the water pressure is like a trickle and takes for ever to wash my hair. I totally regret getting this. Do not buy!

Low water…
We bought this 4 years ago and have had issues with it shortly after. It clogs up and not cleanable. The water pressure is really low compared to the first few months of having it. It cost more to replace the head than it cost me for the set. Ridiculous!

Not Enough Water
We’ve had ours for 4 years in our vacation house. It is the worst shower head ever, barely any water comes out of the holes. Fortunately next to it we have a hand held to wash the shower down and clean the dog. It’s the only way we can stay covered in water and warm by running both of them.

Awful. Awful. Awful.
This is probably the worst shower head on the market. I opted for “champagne bronze” to match my other fixtures in my new house. Two weeks in and now I’m shopping for a replacement. Total waste of money. The spray is uneven and not at all relaxing. Kind of sputters out as if someone was tossing water at you every few seconds. A joke.

Very Poor Flow
Very disappointment with this shower head, creates a very unpleasant shower head. My family really disappointment with this shower head. There are not options to change the flow style either. For this price, you'd expect some options and a decent shower head. I regret picking this shower head for my shower room. Wish my builder was more in tune with the products that were given as options. You can not change the setting and the one setting is awful. What other showers heads can be used to modify this particular one with your company?

New home selection - Instant regret
Paid extra to have this installed in all 3 showers in a new home.
Initially I had a much cheaper shower head from delta installed due to vendor shortages... I miss that shower!
Since moving to this once this was available: showering experience is awful.
The jets of water are not spread evenly do only certain parts are wet while the rest seem to be left out.
There is no pressure to the stream.
The jet is also harsh.
Just say no.

Bit disappointing
We bought this shower head for our lake house and chose it more because of the wall mounted faucet that we were trying to match the champagne bronze color to. It looks nice but it is a disappointing shower experience. Not much water comes out and I always feel cold trying to keep under the water. Even the Vero Delta handheld showerhead that we bought to go with it, which is much smaller by comparison but the same gpm seems to give more coverage. Also the finish on the shower face is blotchy... I'm guessing because it's plastic . All the other metal parts the finish looks great. We've also had some leaking that often has to be redone with teflon tape.

Terrible Spray Pattern
We bought this shower head while renovating our bathroom and its the WORST shower head I’ve ever used!! The only positive in our situation is we have the multifunction valve with the spray wand. We have to run both heads at the same time, this one alone is terrible. I’ve never experienced this personally but I could imagine this is what it feels like to get peed on. Its awful. 0/10 would not recommend.

When is the Matte Black available for purchase?
Specifically the Trinic line of faucets as well. Rumor has it Black is coming in 2017 but when are these released?
I want the kitchen to match the bathrooms - right now kitchen is offering Black, but baths are only venetian bronze.

Do you make any shower heads with metal?

I had this shower head quoted to me to go with the Trinsic T14059 trim. Do you have any options that are made of metal? Is the trim I mention also plastic? Thank you.
Hi Evan, Thank you for your question. The escutcheon, trim sleeve , and handle for the model T14059 valve only trim are metal. We do make some basic single function showerheads like our 54564-PK, 52652-PK, and the 52650-PK that are brass construction. Any of the multiple setting or H2Okinetic showerheads will have engineered plastics in the design.

What is the best way to clean one of these shower heads? I am getting very little pressure, and I think it is clogged.
Hi, JBoogie! Thank you for your question. We recommend removing it from from the shower arm and checking the screen for debris. You can also soak the head in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution for about an hour to help dissolve mineral buildup.

What is the minimum water pressure needed to experience the H2Okinetic technology?

Does the regulator control the stream coming out of the shower head? I had a massive increase in water pressure between showers with no change to the water supply so trying to determine if i need to buy a whole new shower head

This showerhead can only provide a maximum flow rate of 1.75gpm at 80psi. If there was an abrupt increase it would be due to the home's water supply, not the showerhead.

Is there a cartridge in this shower head that can be replaced? It is leaking out the back.
