PLASTIC PARTS!!!!
I ordered this in a kit from Ferguson Home, everything I ordered, 3 sink faucets, toilet handles, showed kits are metal, excepts the tub spout which is plastic. SMH, for the kit costs, Delta could afford to provide a metal spout. i would gladly pay more for metal. this leaves me with an unfavorable impression

Plastic and didn't work.
I bought two. One works (poorly). The stream is terrible and slow. It is made out of plastic. The other one didn't even work. I would have returned it had my plumber not thrown it away.

Shower head/faucet
So disappointed. I ordered the matching shower set that went with my sink faucets. They are plastic!!! I loved the sink faucets which are solid.

Cheap Plastic!
Do not buy! Barbie might want to live in a plastic world but not me. Bring back metal plumbing fixtures or at least give the consumer an option. There is no good reason to make this out of plastic except for the company to save money and rip off the consumer. Highly disappointed in Delta.

Can this work as a replacement for the Victorian Delta RP34357ss?

Yes, our RP34357SS and RP72565SS uses the same adapter and can be updated. Not all of our tub spouts use the same connection.

what is the length of the tub spout?

Our tub diverter is not diverting all the water. Is there a way to access the gate valve inside the actual spout? The installation manual doesn’t describe removing the diverter pull to access the gate washer.
Not sure this is the correct spot to thank Delta customer service, but they were extremely helpful and replaced the faucet. We replaced it with the new one (an easy DIY job) and now have complete diversion of the water to the shower with the pull of a lever. Thank you Delta!

Is there a rough-in valve that will allow this spout to work with the wall mount handles (RP100465)?
