How can we descale/decalcify a RP72568PN Raincan Shower Head? For starters is there a detailed parts diagram or video instructions that show us how to take it apart?

We do not recommend taking apart the showerhead as this could potentially damage the product and void the warranty, Instead, simply soak the showerhead in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 30 minutes. I have 8-foot an high ceiling in my shower. What length of Shower arm is recommended to use with RP72568SS Cassidy Showerhead? ( I am 6-ft tall, my wife is 5-ft.)

For a raincan installation, we offer 3", 6" and 10" ceiling mounts but for a standard installation, you may want to consider an adjustable shower arm.
