RP72568RB rain head
We bought the shower Venetian Bronze Cassidy set up including the rain shower head from a local Delta plumbing supplier 8 years ago. We have replaced the very expensive $450 rain head now four times, as it comes apart and then we are unable to get it back together. I am very disappointed in this product and am ready to replace the whole thing.

Our plumber took out a water restrictor before he installed this. It has great pressure and water flow. I could wash/condition and rinse my hair without needing to use my hand held shower. Very nice!

Delta has wonderful products but we have had this same problem of another customer with the seal breaking and water leaking from the edges. Does the warranty include this problem with a replacement?

seal split
I love most all my Delta products, but in short order the seal around the 9 inch circumference split so pressure was lost and water dribbled from edges. Haven't use it for four years. Looking for replacement now.

Hello, I contacted customer service because our Cassidy H2O Model: RP70172PN had broken. They sent us a replacement but sent the Rain shower head Model # RP72568PN. Will this showerhead attach to the current system we have?

Is the Delta shower head RP72568 comparable to the Brizo RP52090 shower head? Do they look the same?

How can we decalcify a polished nickel RP72568PN Raincan Shower Head? Using vinegar on polished nickel fixtures is not recommended because vinegar is acidic and can damage the finish. Polished nickel is more delicate than chrome or stainless.

A solution of 50% distilled white vinegar (not apple cider or balsamic vinegar) and water could be used by wiping, spraying or soaking. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward and wipe dry. See here for more information:
