Rated 1 out of 5 by from RP72568RB rain head We bought the shower Venetian Bronze Cassidy set up including the rain shower head from a local Delta plumbing supplier 8 years ago. We have replaced the very expensive $450 rain head now four times, as it comes apart and then we are unable to get it back together. I am very disappointed in this product and am ready to replace the whole thing.

I have 2 of these in my walk-in shower and I love them. After 2 years, they seem to have reduced flow. Since the filter is non-removable, is there a recommended way to clean the heads?

we've ordered, is it supposed to be above the person in the shower to get the rain can effect? My shower connection emerges from the wall at 75 inches, which is low. What shower arms will serve to elevate this head? Any adjustable ones?

Will shower head RP 72568 RainCan work with shower arm RP 61273-SS? I asked a question earlier today but Idid t state the question correctly.  I believe the person who bought my shower head thought it was a Cassidy line of product because of its looks.
