RP72568RB rain head
We bought the shower Venetian Bronze Cassidy set up including the rain shower head from a local Delta plumbing supplier 8 years ago. We have replaced the very expensive $450 rain head now four times, as it comes apart and then we are unable to get it back together. I am very disappointed in this product and am ready to replace the whole thing.

Our plumber took out a water restrictor before he installed this. It has great pressure and water flow. I could wash/condition and rinse my hair without needing to use my hand held shower. Very nice!

Delta has wonderful products but we have had this same problem of another customer with the seal breaking and water leaking from the edges. Does the warranty include this problem with a replacement?

I love most all my Delta products, but in short order the seal around the 9 inch circumference split so pressure was lost and water dribbled from edges. Haven't use it for four years. Looking for replacement now.

I have 8-foot an high ceiling in my shower. What length of Shower arm is recommended to use with RP72568SS Cassidy Showerhead? ( I am 6-ft tall, my wife is 5-ft.)
Thank you for your question, TrapperTodd! Model RP72568SS can be installed as a traditional ceiling mounted raincan or a standard shower arm mounted installation. For a raincan installation, we offer 3", 6" and 10" ceiling mounts but for a standard installation, you may want to consider an adjustable shower arm. Below are some links that may help.

Due to the size of the shower head (RP72568SS), is it okay to connect to a Flowguard Gold connector behind the tile using a 16" extension pipe? if not, Is there some type of support that could be attached?

Model RP72568SS is shown installed with the 51308 H2Okinetic® 3-Setting Slide Bar Hand Shower, the 50560 Wall Elbow for Hand Shower, the T27997 Traditional 2-Handle Monitor® 17 Series Valve Trim with 6-Setting Integrated Diverter, as well as the HyrdaChoice body spray system T50010/SH5005, and the HydraChoice® Body Spray Rough R50200, which is sold separately from the trim.

Thank you for your question. The model RP72568 showerhead does not come with H2Okinetic technology. The largest diameter showerhead that I could find with the H2Okinetic was the RP70172. It has an 8" diameter compared to 9-3/8" of the unit you selected.

Thank you for your question. Yes, the Delta Raincan Shower Head RP72568SS can be installed as a ceiling mounted or a standard shower arm mounted installation. The shower head is designed to tilt up, down, right and left when installed.

Does the stainless brilliance look the same as brushed nickle?

Just purchased RP72568SS and the plastic water restrictor is missing. Can it be replaced? Also is there a longer nipple to connect from ceiling ?
We have a tall ceiling in the bathroom and the "rain shower" feature is negated by the distance from ceiling to shower head.
Hi Phillip, Thank you for your question. The flow restrictor to the RP72568SS showerhead is not available as a separate item. Your missing part may be the RP43621 Gray Plastic Gasket Insert for Shower Heads.
