What do I need to add this to the T2759-BL roman tub filler faucet?

I'd like the T4759-BL but I understand it isn't available in matte black yet? So I'd like to add this Mattel black hand shower product to the matte black Trinsic 3-hole roman tub faucet to fill my freestanding tub. What valve and diverter would I need to purchase with this to work?

Dear DIYer, Thank you for your question. The Delta Trinsic T4759-BLFL is the only roman tub unit in the Matte Black finish, that comes with a hand shower and connection fittings. There is not way to connect or install the RP73384BL with the T2759-BL faucet model. Best regards, Tanya

Is the Delta Roman Tub Hand Shower the good model to replace my broken one?

I attached a picture of my broken hand shower. Is the Delta Roman Tub Hand Shower the good model to replace my broken one? I am not sure that my roman tub faucet is made by Delta. But your model is the best fit I could find. According to my photo, do you think that I am doing the right choice with your model? In either way, I suppose that the hand shower connection is standard and that I should be able to connect your hand shower to my hose. Thank you.

Hi Gabriel, Thank you for your question. Based on your picture I think that the RP73384 is very closely styled to your existing roman tub hand shower. You are correct that the 1/2" pipe connection tends to be standard. Once you remove the broken threads from the hose end I believe the RP73384 will fit. Thanks, Dave

WillD, Thank you for your question! Our shower trim kits will work with any R10000 rough-in valve. Does the attached hand shower correspond to your Delta Roman Tub Hand Shower, 2.0gpm?

Hi Gabriel, Thank you for your question. The model RP73384 Roman tub hand shower is used on our Trinsic and Compel series Roman tub faucets. The handshower has a 2.0 gallon per minute flow rate. Thanks, Dave

The water pressure in this wand has dropped significantly. I need to know how to disassemble it for servicing. Is there a parts breakdown or manual available for guidance on how to open it up?

Hi Steven, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP73384. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! This hand shower is not designed to be taken apart. I recommend soaking in 50/50 white vinegar and water to help remove mineral deposits. Also clean any debris trapped in the hose connection, and take care to not lose the gasket in the connection. Please reach out with any additional questions! I have a Trinsic Roman tub filler WITHOUT the hand shower.  I would like to add this RP73384 hand shower to my existing tub and Trinsic 3 - hole set.  What other parts do I need to do this?

Hi Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! To add a hand shower to an existing Roman Tub, a transfer valve will be needed. The transfer valve will also require the countertop to be removed, another two holes to be cut, and soldering the included tee to your existing valve. We do not have an adapter to connect to the spout, however, the stream straightener, RP82534, has a thread size of M28x1-6g. The RP14979 is our Classic transfer valve and will require a handle and a handle base as you have a Trinsic model. One of the handles, H659 or H658, will fit the transfer valve. Please note that these handles will come as a pair, so you will have an extra handle. To avoid gaps when installing the handle, you will also need the RP73161 handle base. Overall, you will need the RP14979 transfer valve, the H659, or H658 handles, the RP73161 handle base, and the RP73384 hand shower. We appreciate your inquiry.
