As a professional remodeler I have seen a resounding shift to modern, and contemporary finishes, and the trinsic fits the bill. I have recently started using delta products after years of predominately using moen. I’m impressed with the ease of install, and customer satisfaction.

But it is very sturdy and easy to clean. It flows fairly well. I live in California and this is water compliant. It is a good product but itsnt metal like other Delta hardware

The water pressure in this wand has dropped significantly. I need to know how to disassemble it for servicing. Is there a parts breakdown or manual available for guidance on how to open it up?

This hand shower is not designed to be taken apart. I recommend soaking in 50/50 white vinegar and water to help remove mineral deposits. Also clean any debris trapped in the hose connection, and take care to not lose the gasket in the connection. Please reach out with any additional questions! I have a Trinsic Roman tub filler WITHOUT the hand shower.  I would like to add this RP73384 hand shower to my existing tub and Trinsic 3 - hole set.  What other parts do I need to do this?

Hi Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! To add a hand shower to an existing Roman Tub, a transfer valve will be needed. The transfer valve will also require the countertop to be removed, another two holes to be cut, and soldering the included tee to your existing valve. We do not have an adapter to connect to the spout, however, the stream straightener, RP82534, has a thread size of M28x1-6g. The RP14979 is our Classic transfer valve and will require a handle and a handle base as you have a Trinsic model. One of the handles, H659 or H658, will fit the transfer valve. Please note that these handles will come as a pair, so you will have an extra handle. To avoid gaps when installing the handle, you will also need the RP73161 handle base. Overall, you will need the RP14979 transfer valve, the H659, or H658 handles, the RP73161 handle base, and the RP73384 hand shower. We appreciate your inquiry. Is it metal or plastic

we are taking out a tub and replacing it with a shower.  I would like the Emerge Shower Column, Raincan Shower Head and Trinsic Hand Shower.  What do I need that will turn on the water nd control the temperature?

Hi VIcS, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP73384RB. The Emerge column includes a 3-way diverter to control the showerhead and hand shower. A valve trim and rough would be needed to turn on and control the temperatures. I have this in my new shower. I'm a little disappointed in the flow. The water pressure is set at 65 psi and the shower head works find. The shower isT14248 and the hand held came with set 57085. Is there a flow limiter that can be removed or modified?

I would like to install this hand shower to the 3-way diverter u4920-pk. What parts do I need?

Hi Steve49, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP73384 hand shower. To use this with the U4920-PK shower arm diverter, you would just need a hose like U495D-60-PK or RP64157. I need a new washer for the rp73384ss. I also need a new hose for that part both are leaking.

Our hand showers use a standard connection size and can be used with a hand shower hose such as RP64157SS which includes gaskets. Or, gaskets can be purchased separately as 4959BG. While the set (MODEL#: 55085-BL) comes in Matte Black, this individual component does not show that option.  We only need this component in Matte Black to go with MODEL#: 58820-BL.  Is that possible?
