Good value for the money
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the slim profile of the trinsic hand shower. As a professional remodeler I have seen a resounding shift to modern, and contemporary finishes, and the trinsic fits the bill.
I have recently started using delta products after years of predominately using moen. I’m impressed with the ease of install, and customer satisfaction.

Was hesitant
I was hesitant to buy this after some not great reviews. It is fairly light which is nice. Unfortunately it feels like it is made of plastic. But it is very sturdy and easy to clean. It flows fairly well. I live in California and this is water compliant. It is a good product but itsnt metal like other Delta hardware

I am not sure that my roman tub faucet is made by Delta. But your model is the best fit I could find. According to my photo, do you think that I am doing the right choice with your model?
In either way, I suppose that the hand shower connection is standard and that I should be able to connect your hand shower to my hose.

Hi Gabriel, Thank you for your question. Based on your picture I think that the RP73384 is very closely styled to your existing roman tub hand shower. You are correct that the 1/2" pipe connection tends to be standard. Once you remove the broken threads from the hose end I believe the RP73384 will fit.

Thank you for your question! Our shower trim kits will work with any R10000 rough-in valve. If you are looking to divert water between a shower head and hand shower, you will also need an R11000 diverter and corresponding diverter trim such as model T11859.

What do I need to add this to the T2759-BL roman tub filler faucet?
I'd like the T4759-BL but I understand it isn't available in matte black yet? So I'd like to add this Mattel black hand shower product to the matte black Trinsic 3-hole roman tub faucet to fill my freestanding tub. What valve and diverter would I need to purchase with this to work?

Thank you for your question. The Delta Trinsic T4759-BLFL is the only roman tub unit in the Matte Black finish, that comes with a hand shower and connection fittings. There is not way to connect or install the RP73384BL with the T2759-BL faucet model.

Does the attached hand shower correspond to your Delta Roman Tub Hand Shower, 2.0gpm?
I accidentally broke my hand shower and I would like to replace it with the appropriate one.

Hi Gabriel, Thank you for your question. The model RP73384 Roman tub hand shower is used on our Trinsic and Compel series Roman tub faucets. The handshower has a 2.0 gallon per minute flow rate.

we are taking out a tub and replacing it with a shower. I would like the Emerge Shower Column, Raincan Shower Head and Trinsic Hand Shower. What do I need that will turn on the water nd control the temperature?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP73384RB.
The Emerge column includes a 3-way diverter to control the showerhead and hand shower. A valve trim and rough would be needed to turn on and control the temperatures.
