Leaking from shower head when filling the tub
Who may I contact on this new install. Contacted the plumber, no response so decided to reach out to the experts. If I can get this fixed I'll move this to a 5 star since this is the only issue I have.
Problem: When filling the tub and the diverter is in the down position water still drips from the shower head. When I pull the diverter in he up position the shower works great. Need to stop the shower drip when filling the tub. Help.

Looks great but only works for 6 months.
Looks great, works well for the first 6 months, then after it's a pain to get the water to divert and when it does, makes a squealing sound. I'm on my second one already and it's the same problems

After two replacements professionally installed I will give up. Customer service has no skill but to send a replacement and no knowledge of the product to understand the problem of the bizarre stream handler. It's a plastic piece of junk.

I am desperately searching to find a tub spout that will work with an already installed Delta RP12307 adapter. I don’t need the gold piece with the o-ring, I just need a tub spout that will fit over this adapter in oil rubbed bronze. Will this one fit???

The Delta Faucet part RP77091 Ashlyn® Tub Spout - Pull-Up Diverter In Chrome can be sweat onto a 1/2 in. C.W.T. or thread onto a 1/2 in. IPS. If it cannot be threaded further back it will have to be removed and reinstalled to allow it to be flush.

Taking a shower is impossible as this faucet seems to be incapable of diverting the water to the shower head. The plumber seemed to have soldered the fitting to the water pipe coming out of the wall. I need someone to tell me which faucet can replace it.

I have installed 3 of these using the provided hardware, including the compatible tub spout adapter. In all cases, a small amount of water flows from the diverter lift rod and pools on top of the spout when I run water. Did I do something wrong?

Is the he Delta Ashlyn Diverter Tub Spout RP77091 made out of plastic? It says "non-metallic" Please clarify. Is it plastic type material. I want to replace this with a stainless steel one. Is that possible? What model should I chose?

what size is the threaded opening? 1 1/8"? on my brand new spout installed by our plumber somehow the pull up pin was broke. The spout I removed has a plastic screw on threaded opening of 1 1/8" that threads onto male brass end

I am replacing all my existing plumbing fixtures and planned on using the Ashlyn line. The Delta RP77091 appears to be much larger than our existing spout which is only 2-1/2 inch Hgt. and 6 In. long. Is there a model that is not as large?

What flow rate is the spout capable of, if fed independently from the shower valve?

How to fix a Ashlyn Tub Spout pull-up diverter in Stainless, Model # RP77091SS, that makes noise when diverting water to shower head. Isn't there a replacement gasket repair kit for the pull-up that has worn out the gasket?

How am I supposed to remove the "plastic ring" inside the tip of the spout in order to check and clean if needed. Water pressure is low on the spout but OK on the shower head. So I'm wondering how to clean the spout.

This tub spout does not have removable parts. To clean trapped debris or mineral deposits from the spout, we recommend soaking in 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing.
