Does not hold up
Bought a home that had this in our tub. Looked new but less than a year and the o-ring popped out of the top, and last weekend a rubber gasket fell out of the tub spout and no longer works. Not worth saving so we tossed it and got something else. Started to buy another tub spout (RP77092SS) as there is always a lemon but wasn't willing to risk over $100 to find out. Something that is really important to note is that the threaded connection on the back of this is ~1-1/8" which works with the adapter that Delta sells. You will not find a replacement for that size at Lowe's or Home Depot. Delta has them but you have to know what you're looking for and it irritates me that the adapter was soldered onto my copper line and unfortunately stuck with another Delta. I'm sure there are other manufacturer's that have 1-1/8" threaded connection but I don't have the time to research. If my new tub spout fails too then the adapter is getting tossed and I install a new copper line and install something else.

Ugggh - we installed ours, and the little button up top is non-functional, making this a non-diverter tub spout. We need a diverter.

Terrible
Builder installed these faucets through home. They all leave water stains snd drip marks . The bathtub is worst faucet. Day one was already stained with water marks. Also cheap plastic. And the slowest tub filling . So disappointed looking to replace the entire home faucets .

Pretty faucet

Very Nice Style but Feels like Plastic
I was hoping for a nice heavy metal faucet but this is very light and feels like cheap plastic to me (I got the Chrome). I think we will keep and install and hope for the best.

Thank you for your question, Jason! This tub spout uses the RP12307 Adapter, which is designed to be soldered to 1/2" copper pipe or threaded onto a 1/2" IPS nipple.

How do I replace the aerator on this model?

Regarding slip on tub spout installation there is no hole in the plastic body of the tub spout to access the set screw. Do I need to drill a hole?
Thank you for your question, Angie! I do apologize for any confusion regarding the installation of the Delta Ashlyn RP77092SS tub spout, but will be happy to clarify! This tub spout does not use a set screw. It is designed to be soldered to 1/2" copper pipe or threaded onto a 1/2" IPS nipple. Drilling a hole in the spout will damage it beyond repair, and would not be covered under warranty.

I need a spout in brown that will fit my old delta fitting that was I think sauntered on, it turn shower on when you pull down on end of spout. We bought house so don know name

I have a faucet like this that leaks. I was told its life time warranty. I've only lived in the house for 4 or 5 years I've had to replace e it before but can not remember how I did I got it for free. Can you help?
