Going in the trash
I bought and installed this several months ago and it squeals so loud. I just removed it and let the water flow unrestricted and have no squeal, so I know it is the head. Just realized there is no way to remove the flow restrictor. So this is going in the trash and I'll go buy another shower head.

Pretty nice and simple
Purchased to replace a box store showerhead that wasn’t quite strong enough. WA state regulates the amount of flow so it’s hard to get one with high pressure these days. I do like this showerhead, but it’s not much stronger than the one I replaced. There are stronger settings with less coverage, but the rain-like setting is just strong enough to get soap off and out of hair. And I have HARD water.
It looks very nice. Easy to turn.

Great Feel - Whistle Sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the feel of this Delta shower head’s various sprays. Would install them in every shower, but strangely, there is a whistling sound emitted in the normal full power spray setting - unfortunately only at the exact point at which the hot and cold are mixed perfectly (Delta Mixing Valve). Possibly the pressure from hot and cold flowing at full volume through the unit?

Great Color, Feels a Bit Cheap
I love Delta's champagne bronze color and have a number of bathrooms in my rental units with their fixtures. Of all items I have purchased from Delta, this shower head seems the most cheaply made. That said, it is working well for now. We will see a few years down the road.

We just finished remodeling 3 bathrooms.Our licensed master plumber suggested getting this particular model as he thought that the Delta products were much easier to work on if they should require any adjustments/repair. More importantly, he stated that parts were readily available. After all three were installed, my wife and I are appreciative of the great recommendation. We like not only the look of these but how well the flow of water is evenly dispersed from the shower head. The adjustment option is first rate. I would purchase these again, if needed.

SUCKS
Our bathroom remodel people just replaced our old shower head for this new model and it sucks. As soon as you turn it on the lack of water pressure is very evident. So far I am unable to find if it has a removable water restrictor. I do not recommend this shower head.

How do you change into the 5 different spray settings? The showerhead does not seem to turn.

I don't see where it says what comes in the box or if it is chrome covered plastic?

Is there a way of cleaning the screen that sits below the rubber washer where the female fitting meets up with the supply pipe?

Thank you for your question. The Delta RP78575SS shower head can be cleaned by removing the whole head from the arm and soaking the shower head in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix for an hour or even overnight to clean.

I know you don't recommend changing the water flow but that is different than not being able to. How can I increase the water flow for the 5 Setting Raincan RP78575 shower head?

Thank you for your question. The Delta RP78575 shower head has a flow rate of 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. There is not a way to increase the flow rate to be higher than this.

Can the water pressure be increased on the shower head?
Yes it can. Delta not only says they don't recommend it, they flat out told me you can't. I just did. 1- Remove the shower head. 2- Remove the black rubber washer and filter screen. You will see a small black "O" ring. This ring is covering the water holes. 3- Remove the ring. 4- Replace the filter screen and rubber washer and re-install the shower head. It is very easy with basic tool and no damaging the shower head. Enjoy your shower. :)

Can the restrictor valve be removed from this shower head? My husband removes this valve from all of our faucets. When he takes a shower he likes to get in and out!
