Hi,  Tub spout model RP78735 , leaks between the wall and spout. I tried replacing the o-ring on the adapter.  # 17 o-ring is too small and #18 too large. What is the proper size o-ring. Thank you.

What is the length of the tub spout? I'm trying to replace a 7.5 inch tub spout with diverter.

I have installed Tesla model 78735 tub spout. I’m experiencing an issue with water leaking from my Tesla shower head when turning on the water. The diverter pull up is setting flush with the tub spout. Please advise.

Can the pull-up diverter be replaced or fixed if it no longer stays up to allow all faucet water to come out of the shower head?  It is not even one year old.
