Is there an adapter for this spout that would connect to 1/2” copper pipe or 1/2” pex

How far does the nipple for rough plump have to extend? Your previous answer to Layth can not be correct as the threads don’t even start till 3/8 past edge.
Not true. The treading on the spout does not start until 3/8 in. inset from the base. Also 3/8-1/2 in. would mean it only has 1/8 in to thread which would never give a seal.

Can this tub spout be used with the Delta RP33794 adapter?
Thank you for your question, Ronald! The RP90158 Pull Up diverter tub spout threads directly onto 1/2"-14 NPT nipple that extends 3/8"-1/2" from the finished wall. This will not work with an adapter.

Is there a way I can purchase this spout with dryden components for the valve trim and shower head all in polished nickel?
Don’t buy this tub spout. It restricts flow rate and causes siphoning effect to make water run out of shower head when diverter is not being used.

is the 1/2" ips connection in the base of the spout ?

If I currently have a Delta Ara Model RP75435SS Tub Spout and want to replace it with the PIVOTAL® Tub Spout - Pull-Up Diverter MODEL#: RP90158KS. Would I have to do anything special or would it be a simple swap?

Could you pair this with a shower trim and divert to a hand shower instead of a shower head? I haven’t been able to find a wall mounted tub filler and hand shower combination.

The Delta Pivotal Pull-Up Diverter Tub Spout RP90158BL can be installed with the Delta Shower Trim, MultiChoice Universal Rough-In Valve R10000-UNBX, Diverter Rough-In R11000 and matching 3-setting diverter trim kit for a complete tub and shower install. The pull-up diverter tub spout would divert the water to the diverter assembly for choosing the shower head or hand shower.
