It's very unfortunate as I spent a lot of money on this system and I don't know if this can be repaired.

The shower head leaks from the seams on the top of the unit and sprays water all over the system. We cannot use the shower head. DELTA made a huge mistake in it's design.

The large box arrived open with the smaller boxes spilling out on my porch. Several of the smaller boxes were also open inside and parts were unwrapped and mixed up.

Hello Please confirm if this is 1.75gpm OR 2.0 gpm. In the documents and specs tab it says 1.75 gpm where as in the features tab it says 2.0gpm. I want one for California

I have a Vero Rain shower head RP62955. It has developed a leak around the seam at the edges. It seems that the inside rubber has hardened and no longer seal.. Can I get a replacement rubber mat insert?

Is this full metal/stainless construction? I’m looking for lead free or 0% lead. Does this unit qualify?

Non-metallic products are beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode and help prevent heat transfer. We cannot guarantee this to be lead free. Installed this shower head, RP62955, 4 years ago. Need info on maintaining/cleaning the small pin holes. They plug up and misdirect spray. Is there a repair kit?

We also recommend you try soaking the product in a 50/50 solution of water and white distilled vinegar. This could break up any possible calcium buildup inside. How can I remove the restrictor plate on this shower head?

How can we detach the Vero shower head from a ceiling mount? We want to soak the head in vinegar to remove mineral deposits that have accumulated over the year on the Matte Black finish.

Hello! Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Our ceiling mount raincan showerheads can be removed with a wrench. Please gather a wrench and towels for excess water. Place the wrench on the flat sides of the shower head nut. Rotate counterclockwise while holding onto the shower arm. Please note that once you remove the shower head, water may drip out.
