What size and type of adapter could I put into the outlet of this tub spout? I.e. what is the thread size/type on this?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP92932SS.
The tub spout outlet does not have threads and is not designed to add an adapter. The back of the spout installs to a 1/2" copper or iron pipe with the included RP100154 adapter.
