Rated 1 out of 5 by from Diverter problems just like everyone else I would steer clear of this faucet the water flows wonky and the diverter is a pain in the buttj

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor and flimsy diverter Same issue as everyone else, it does not do a good job of diverting with a chunk leaking back from the spout. Sadly, after 5 years of difficult use and living with it, few months ago the top cap of the diverter broke. Now, we have to use a plier to lift up the diverter pin to be able to use the shower. For something as expensive very disappointed with the design and quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek yet excellent quality If spigots can be pretty, this one qualifies! It’s heavy metal - modern yet not trendy. We are very pleased.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad quality/function Looks good. Terrible function. I've only had this for a couple months and facing the same challenges as everyone else. The diverter is difficult to pull up, and the water splits between the faucet and shower. I bought this for a kids bathroom so need something easy for their baths and showers. Interested in an alternative that will match.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Diverter is awful Yet another unhappy Delta Stryke tub spout owner. We updated all of our bathrooms with Delta Stryke products. Everything has worked well except for this tub spout, which does not divert. This is a replacement for another (same model) that had the same issue... worked well for a week then just didn't. We're in communication to get ANOTHER replacement, this time opting for another model/brand that goes with the rest of the system.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delta Stryke diverter I found the same issues as everyone else as far as the diverter piece, being hard to lift and water spitting out from the spout. What we did find is that if we lifted the diverter all the way up and held it up before turning on the water, it worked perfectly. I’m glad that we solve this issue before buying a new one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible diverter function. I just bought a house with two of these tub spouts. The previous homeowner did not maintain the home or water softener so I believed hard water scale was the culprit on why the diverters did not work well. I disassembled and cleaned with white vinegar and much to my dismay, it didn't solve the problem. Then I come to find out they use dissolving bushings in the screws that hold in the aerator. Total garbage now. And the diverters still don't work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Inconsistent Function of Diverter We selected this model to be installed in one of the bathrooms in our new home (moved in April 2023). As other reviews have noted it can be difficult to use and water seems to be split when coming out of the spout. Currently looking into another model that will look good with the rest of the Stryke package in the bathroom.

Q&A

Was wondering if there is an extension part to lengthen the spout, I am at least a 1/2 inch short and water drips over side of tub. I need a spout that has a diverter if only this had been a 9 in. Any recommendations?

Asked by: AnnH
Thank you for your review, AnnH! Unfortunately, we do not have a extension kit to make the tub spout longer extend further.

What is the little 'door' on the top of the faucet for?

Asked by: 972w
Hi, 972w! Thank you for your question. The part on top of the Delta RP93376 tub spout assembly is the diverter. Once the diverter is pulled up, the water will divert from the tub spout to the shower head. Best Regards, Rosanna

When filling the tub the water comes out in a thin horseshoe shaped pattern. It takes a really long time to fill the tub. Water preasure is good. How can i increase flow rate?

Asked by: Fw190
Hello Fw190, Thank you for your question! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing reduced flow from your Delta Faucet Stryke® Diverter Tub Spout In Champagne Bronze MODEL#: RP93376CZ! We would be happy to help. The most common cause of a low flow rate is debris. The best way to clear any debris is to flush the supply lines. To do this, turn off the water supplies, remove the cartridge, and turn the supplies back on for one minute. Please make sure that you are getting good flow through both the hot and cold sides while flushing. You can also shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the back half of the cartridge rattles. This means that the pressure-balancing spool is moving freely, as it should. If it does not work try soaking the cartridge in white vinegar for about 15-30 minutes. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We look forward to continuing to serve you. Please feel free to contact us back for further assistance. Best Regards, Kelley

The diverter works very hard. It is extremely hard to lift. Is there a way to improve this situation without busting the faucet or installation? Reference case #11022730

Asked by: Martha
Hello Martha, Thank you for your question! We apologize for the inconveniences you are experiencing and will be happy to help you. We recommend wrapping a bag or towel mixed with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water around the Delta STRYKE Diverter Tub Spout. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to the build-up of mineral deposits. This can cause your diverter to be stiff. Please feel free to contact us back for further assistance. Best Regards, Kelley
